Thanks to your support, Kunisaki-en has celebrated its 30th anniversary. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has shown their understanding and support for our operations over the years, as well as to all our staff who work tirelessly on the front lines every day.

The Masuda City Medical Association was established in October 1960 with the goal of “creating a community where residents can continue to live independently with peace of mind in the familiar surroundings of Masuda.” In 1996, commissioned by Masuda City, we established the Masuda City Municipal Long-Term Care Facility for the Elderly “Kunisaki-en" as an intermediate facility between hospitals and home living. Furthermore, since the launch of the Long-Term Care Insurance System in April 2000, we have served as a leader in the coordination of medical and long-term care services in the Masuda region, meeting diverse needs by focusing on providing seamless support for home living, ranging from residential care to short-stay services, outpatient rehabilitation, home-visit rehabilitation, and home-visit nursing.

In addition, by serving as a point of contact for patients and their families, collaborating with medical institutions and care managers, and acting as a bridge to local services, we have played a role in the community's integrated care system. Moving forward, we will continue to respect the dignity of each and every patient, prioritizing the questions of “What would I want if I were in their shoes?” and “What would I do if I were their family member?” as we strive to provide our services. We aspire to be a facility that continues to support “lifestyles suited to individuals” in this community. We ask for your continued understanding and support of Kunisaki-en.
